This kit is needed in case you have to purify nucleic acids from agarose gel. Here our kit comes to help.

It might be required if you used gel electrophoresis to separate some fractions of NA.

After PCR are obtained a number of amplicons while it is needed only one of them. It is cutted a piece of gel containing the amplicon and the DNA will be extracted from the gel and purifiued from staining dyes and other contaminants.

Washing buffers provide required purification from various contaminants, specific for such situations. After the short isolation procedure you have your amplicon (or other nucleic acid) purified and ready to be used in sequencing, reamplification and other tasks.
