Enzymatic reactions products (PCR and other)

We recommend this kit primarily for the purification of products obtained by polymerase chain reaction (PCR).

In the process of purification with a kit, PCR products are purified from the components of the reaction mixture: primers, enzymes, salts, triphosphates and other components used.

We recommend use this kit also for the purification and concentration of DNA and RNA from any reaction mixtures, for example, purification after restriction, reverse transcription reactions, treatment with DNases, RNases, etc.
