DNA and RNA Isolation kits

Isolation of DNA and RNA from various source materials can be very simple when using good optimized isolation kits. Working with biological material it is a frequent situation when changes in the material properties affect isolation efficiency. The purification using magnetic particles allows to receive highly standardized isolation.

Our isolation kits are optimized for source material and provide reliable and reproducible results. It is possible thanks to our specially designed SileksMagNA and SileksMagNA-G magnetic nanoparticles and optimized buffer systems.

The particles have high sorption capacity. Their surface has optimized nanostructure for preferable isolation of nucleic acids. The core procedure of the isolation process is the same for different materials. Isolated DNA and RNA can be used in PCR as well as in any other molecular biology application (reverse transcription, labeling, cloning, sequencing, chip analysers etc.).
